Policies & client choices

Clear expectations, thoughtful care, and participation that remains your choice.

Pre-launch policy drafts · prepared October 22, 2026. These drafts are for review, not a booking contract or legal advice. Online booking and payment collection remain disabled. Appointment requests are accepted directly by phone or email. A final effective date, business contact, scheduling provider, payment provider, and commercial terms must be completed before these policies are adopted. No cancellation charge or deposit rule is established by these drafts.

Privacy Policy — draft

Practice: BeYoutiful Harmony, founded by Cherry Lim. The final business name and privacy contact will be identified here before intake or booking opens.

Information involved

Once enabled, booking or direct inquiries may involve your name, contact details, appointment choices, consent preferences, and payment confirmation. A separate intake process may request only information reasonably relevant to participation. Do not send medical records, detailed trauma histories, bank passwords, card details, or identification documents through an ordinary website message.

This website currently provides information and does not contain an active booking, intake, payment, newsletter, or consent-submission form. Hosting providers may process technical data, such as IP addresses, browser information, and access logs, to serve and secure the site.

How information will be used

The proposed uses are responding to inquiries, arranging sessions, checking participation preferences, documenting consent, providing services, handling payments and refunds, and meeting applicable recordkeeping duties. Information will not be used to promise diagnoses or infer that spiritual assessments establish medical facts.

Providers and sharing

Scheduling, hosting, communications, and payment providers may process information needed to perform their functions under their own terms. The final policy will name the providers actually enabled. A guest practitioner will be identified before booking; relevant session information will be shared only as explained to you and with an appropriate basis or permission. Personal information may also be disclosed when legally required or reasonably necessary to address a serious safety issue.

Zelle is a proposed payment channel. The second channel you mentioned as “Square Space” needs clarification before provider-specific language is adopted. This draft does not claim an active integration or identify a payment account.

Retention and safeguards

Access to client information should be limited to authorized people who need it. Records should be held in selected protected systems, with a retention and deletion schedule established before intake begins. Exact retention periods remain to be set after provider selection and review of legal and insurance obligations. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may decline optional information, ask questions about records, and request correction or deletion, subject to applicable retention requirements. A monitored contact method and any applicable request process must be added before collection starts. Optional marketing consent will be separate from session consent, with an unsubscribe option for promotional email. We do not intend to sell client information or use sensitive intake data for targeted advertising.

Cookies and minors

There are no intentionally added analytics or advertising scripts in this site's current source. Platform hosting, browser storage, or future embedded providers may behave differently; their technologies must be assessed and disclosed when enabled. This site is not directed to children. Participation by minors requires a separate age, guardian-consent, and safeguarding policy before being offered.

Updates

The final notice will show an effective date and explain material changes. This draft makes no representation that the practice is HIPAA covered or HIPAA compliant.

Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy — draft

Before an appointment is confirmed

Clients should receive the service description, proposed methods, practitioner name, session duration, format and location, total price, payment timing, and all applicable cancellation terms. A request is not a confirmed appointment until the practice confirms it. There is currently no live booking calendar on this site.

Payments

Zelle is a proposed option; the additional payment provider remains to be confirmed. Pay only through verified instructions or an official invoice from the practice. Never place medical or trauma details in a transfer memo. A price, due date, and deposit requirement must be disclosed before any payment is requested. Payment does not provide consent for every method or for touch, photographs, recordings, or a substitute practitioner.

Cancellation, late arrival, and rescheduling

The notice period, cancellation fee, no-show fee, late-arrival allowance, and rescheduling limit are not yet selected. No fee is authorized by this draft. Final terms must be visible before checkout and acknowledged with booking; they should not be introduced retroactively. Discuss illness or an unexpected emergency promptly through the final contact method.

If the practice changes an appointment

Proposed client-friendly rule for adoption: when the practice cancels a paid session, offer the client a refund of the amount paid for the undelivered session or a voluntary reschedule. A substitute practitioner requires the client's agreement; otherwise offer the appropriate cancellation or rescheduling option.

Withdrawal of participation

Clients may decline a proposed method, refuse touch, or stop at any point. The policy for charges when a session ends early remains to be selected and explained before booking. Declining one method should prompt a conversation about an agreed alternative, not pressure to continue.

Refunds and packages

Refund eligibility for client cancellations, partially delivered sessions, class tickets, and packages must be set before sales begin. Disclose the refund method and processing time before purchase, with timing dependent on the payment provider. No guaranteed outcome is sold. This draft does not remove rights available under applicable law or a payment provider's rules. No gift cards, subscriptions, or packages are offered through the site yet.

Terms of Service — draft

Purpose and agreement

The website introduces complementary wellness and spiritual practices. Before booking opens, the legal business identity, contact details, effective date, and final commercial terms will be provided. Viewing this draft does not sign a contract or give session consent.

Available services and qualifications

Only methods within the named practitioner's training, authorization, competence, and lawful scope should be offered. Course enrollment, event attendance, reading a book, or a general energy-healing certification does not establish certification in a separately branded method. Proposed additions will remain unavailable until their status is confirmed.

Blended sessions and choice

A session may combine agreed practices, but the practitioner first explains each proposed component, its spiritual or wellness nature, what participation involves, any touch or tools, relevant limitations, and available alternatives. Clients choose components individually. A new method, materially different approach, recording, or practitioner requires a fresh explanation and agreement. Silence, payment, past participation, or a signed general form is not blanket permission.

Boundaries and conduct

Respectful conduct is expected from both client and practitioner. Services are non-sexual. Clients may request no touch or decline any practice without pressure. A session may be paused when consent, comfort, suitability, or professional boundaries are uncertain. Emergency medical and crisis care are outside these offerings.

Guest practitioners and remote sessions

The session listing should identify the practitioner and any role of an independent guest. Client information is not automatically available to every practitioner. Remote services will be offered only after reviewing location, privacy, technical arrangements, and applicable scope requirements. Recording is off unless separately agreed.

Website content and links

Content is general information, not individualized medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Studio concept images are illustrative. Third-party tools operate under their own terms. The practice does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks, training systems, or images. Copying a competitor's website content is not part of this site.

Concerns and updates

A monitored business contact and concern-resolution process must be added before launch. No arbitration clause, sweeping liability waiver, or waiver of statutory rights is included in this draft. Material booking terms should not change retroactively for an existing purchase without an appropriate agreement.

Wellness & Spiritual Practice Disclaimer — draft

BeYoutiful Harmony's sound, spiritual coaching, hypnosis, and energy-oriented offerings are presented as complementary wellness or spiritual experiences. They are not a substitute for medical evaluation, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or other licensed care. A ministry credential or private certification is not clinical licensure.

The practice does not diagnose disease, prescribe medication, advise clients to stop treatment, or guarantee healing, trauma resolution, improved health, or a particular emotional response. Claims made in another provider's marketing are not adopted here. Experiences vary, and a client may experience no noticeable benefit.

Chakras, energy fields, Heart-Wall concepts, and similar frameworks are spiritual or modality-specific concepts. Muscle testing, where a properly authorized practitioner proposes it, is not a medical diagnostic test, allergy test, or reliable method of establishing hidden facts. It does not determine another person's intentions, establish inherited memories, verify past events, or replace professional evaluation.

Hypnosis is not a reliable means of recovering historically accurate memories. Images, impressions, or narratives experienced in a session must not be presented as verified facts. Paid hypnosis service scope and documentation require appropriate Texas review before booking opens.

Sound, movement, focused-attention practices, and touch may be uncomfortable for some people. The practitioner should explain the proposed experience and invite relevant participation concerns without demanding a detailed trauma history. Stop or request an adjustment whenever needed. Seek advice from an appropriate licensed professional when unsure whether a practice suits your circumstances. In an emergency, use emergency services; the practice does not provide emergency care.

Testimonials, if later added with permission, describe individual experiences and do not establish typical or guaranteed results. This disclaimer does not replace accurate service descriptions, practitioner competence, informed consent, or duties imposed by law.
